kahit naman foreigner ang mga may-ari niyan pwede rin naman maging owner ang mga pilipino diyan dahil tayo rin ang kukunin ng mga yan at pwede pang ibigay at pwede pa maging satin yan, dun sa mga edukadong tao lang at talent sa leadership.

Maganda lang tingnan…pero puro Dayuhan ang nag mamay ari ng mga yan! matagal nang naibenta ni FVR ang fort Bonifacio sa mga dayuhan, Hindi sa atin ang Global City!!!
Potek yang malalaking building na yan foreigner lahat ang may ari…wala nang lupa ang mga pinoy sa global city dahil matagal nang naibenta yan ni fidel ramos, gusto nyo bang bilhin na ng mga dayuhan ang PILIPINAS?

BGC is nice but when you go to the Taguig City proper, it’s a whole lot different story, the streets are narrow and the houses are all bunched up together.
Manila skyline is adjudged as one of the best in the world. At the last count, Metro Manila is number 13 I think for cities around the world with the best skylines.
You’ll be shocked to learn yes. There are foreigners as well but there are a lot of Filipinos as well mostly OFWs who invest in these properties.
