For the second consecutive year, John McGeough and Anthony Lamacchia, co-brokers/owners of McGeough Lamacchia Realty Inc., sold the house in Massachusetts, more than any other agent or team. With 322 sales with McGeough Lamacchia team in MLS for 2011, which put them in slot # 1, and once again showed an increase of over 10% of total sales of 287 in Massachusetts last year.

Addition to 322 sales in Massachusetts, Tim McGeough Lamacchia has 34 sales in New Hampshire and Rhode Island with 6 in a total of 362 sales. McGeough Lamacchia Realty Company has sold 400 homes in 2011, more than 87 transactions in 2010, when they sold a total of 313 homes. This is an increase of 21.75% from a year ago
